Support through writing is a device of putting the things which concern the subject into words, often existential themes which are part of his/her daily life at a given moment and which, if they do not necessarily speak of a need for psychotherapeutic care, benefit from being expressed, or else written down and shared.
Within this context, "support groups" or "writing workshops" can be put offered, to a group of individuals with the same preoccupations or interests.
The same goes for "individuals who wish to become parents" or "new parents" busy questioning themselves and observing their newly born child (the "post-partum" period). You can find more information about this in the "perinatal period" tab. Here too, the support offered, which is both fun and creative, is supported by a clinician, in this case the "activity leader".
