I provide psychological support to people who want to take the time (they themselves will decide how long) to reflect in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I in turn provide an attentive, non-judgemental listening ear and attempt to make them feel better with themselves by offering some kind of solace for the difficulties or existential questions they are confronted with.
It’s not about trying to kid yourself that there is one single answer, considered to be the universal truth, that will provide a conclusion to the sessions I offer, but rather about looking upon the sessions as a journey that will give the subject some direction in his/her decision-making processes and in the choices that he/she will be faced with and will have to come to terms with.
This supervised questioning and the kind of support on offer should be seen as a tool, at a given moment, to help you move forward.
